The Christmas Diet

It is possible to eat more food and lose weight this Christmas. You don't have to feel guilty about eating during the Christmas season. Believe it or not you can even have some alcohol and still lose weight on the Christmas diet.

This is not an actual "Christmas Diet", but this is the best diet plan for Christmas time. However, I do find it hard to even consider this a Diet. I say that because when I think of the word "Diet", I think of having to starve myself and eat foods that are bland that lack any real flavor. Its like I'm just feeding my body these bland and distasteful foods as fuel just to be able to function. I don't know about you, but I like to eat for pleasure and enjoy what I eat.

The biggest problem I have at Christmas time when it comes to food is that I feel so guilty about eating all the great foods because I worry about putting on weight. I know there is a lot of people out there that feel just like me.

This diet has been great for me because you are not depriving yourself. So, you will be able to stay on this diet all year long and you'll get repeatable results week after week. You won't have to take any diet pills and worry about the harmful side effects that come with them.

This is not anything like any of those fat diet either! You know, the ones where you have to stay away from carbs or where you have to basically eat like a bird and feel like you are going to die of starvation. Or how about those low fat diets? I could never stick to that diet. I just couldn't seem to be able to give up eating a big juicy porterhouse steak.

This diet works by what I call "Calorie Confusion". Where you confuse your metabolism into burning more fat by shifting the calories you eat everyday.

The Diet works like this:

Your metabolism doesn't know how much food you'll eat tomorrow or the next day because those days have not happened yet. Therefore, your metabolism always burns calories based on your eating habits during the past few days because it assumes that you'll continue to eat in the same general way.

But Guess what? You can shock your metabolism by doing something you've never tried before. You are going to just do the OPPOSITE of what it expects you to do.

You're going to NOT continue eating the same types of calories and meals for more than a couple days at a time, and you're going to lose a lot of weight by doing this.

To make this work you need to SHIFT the types of calories eaten, and if you do this then your metabolism will burn all of the calories eaten. Then, when it finishes burning those calories it will find the nearest available fat tissue on your body and burn that too.

Here's how it works: When you eat meals in a certain way for a long time, your body gets used to this routine and gets used to burning a certain amount of calories. But calorie shifting will change how much you eat so there is no routine. When that happens, you lose weight instantly!

This is a very simple diet to follow and put into practice.

How to do this:

1. You have to eat 4 full meals a day.

2. You have to eat every meal at the same times each day.

3. Each meal must have different amounts of calories, but still be a full meal.

For example: You eat an egg and cheese omlet for breakfast, then a club sandwich for lunch, then an afternoon meal that has less calories than your lunch meal, then a dinner meal that has more calories than your afternoon meal.

4. Repeat steps 1-3 the next day and the day after that up to 2 weeks.

The result: This constant shift in calorie intakes will force your body to burn MORE calories. Remember it was always used to burning a certain # of calories. When it doesn't know how much to burn (because you keep mixing it up through the 4 steps above) it will naturally put up MORE effort and burn more calories to keep things safe.

Repeating this process for 10 or more days will cause you to lose up to 10 pounds or more! Calorie shifting takes effect the very next day so you'll see a difference right away.
