Coffee compress

Interesting thing is, that it's not effective only as a drink. You can put it IN and ON your body!
Preparation:
Make yourself very strong, dense Turkish coffee. Add a tablespoon of gruff sea salt and a tablespoon of oliv oil. Massage your body with this mixture and leave for 10 minutes, so the body can absorb all the ingredients needed for cellulite reduction. After 10 minutes take a shower.
The perfect result will be seen in two months, if you take this treatment 2 times a week.

Salviae folium
Basilica
Rosmarini folium
Menthae piperitae folium
Melissae folium
...and make a tea against cellulite, tasted as you like.
Selected ingredients regulates fat digestion and stimulates water elimination.
Instructions for use:
Pour over hot water, leave for 10 minutes, strain and drink without sugar. Best time for that kind of tea is before meals.
With appropriate exercise and healthy nutrition, it helps to reduce cellulite.

petroselini radix
betulae folium
urticae folium
chamomillae flos
sambuci flos
Preparation:
Provide yourself with listed dried herbs. Make a blend of them (each herb the same part). Pour over boiling water and strain after 10 minutes. The wholesome tea is ready. One, two or three cups a day - you can drink it as much as desired, it won't cause you any risk or unwanted side effects.
