He went from 208 lbs to 178 lbs in 90 days. He said that the best diet he found was the Atkins diet. The Atkins diet is a "low-carbohydrate" diet that lets you eat lots of meat. No potatoes or bread. However, it limits alcohol because of all of the carbohydrates. He continued that he loves drinking beer, so he couldn't stick to this diet and had to find something else, that could work.
