Get your body ready for summer!
It's easy to hide those extra pounds in the winter. You just cover them up with large sweater and thick pants. But you can't break through the summer without swapping your clothes with some more thinner, lighter and shorter clothes. And those clothes, even if they are slack, can't hide your extra pounds.
So what most of the women do in this time of the year? Looking for easy weight loss tips and tricks and diets.
Don't expect you'll lose all those extra pounds you gained over the winter in just couple of weeks, but any weight loss is better than none.
And what's the plan? If you look fresh, full of energy, happy and healthy, no one will notice your extra pounds. Try to think of somebody on a strict, maybe even risk diet. By limiting too much carbs, which are known as happiness stimulants, he or she looks sad, fast irritable, tired, his cheeks are not healthy pink colored, and it's not much fun to hang out with him.
So - don't worry much about weight and how much pounds you need to lose, focus yourself on your entire body and appearance. A little change in diet, some exercise, new haircut, fresh make-up, and brown skin will make you shine as a star!
Longer and warmer days are offering a lot of opportunities to do some exercise, and if you are not a sporting tipe, at least consider to add as much as you remember of walking in your daily routine e.g. going to the store, using steps instead of elevator, or just make a short walk round your house and enjoy the sun.
Diet devotees says, that diet can't work, if you keep on jumping from one to another. That might be true, but as much as I know diets, most of them are limiting at least one food, instead of considering of limiting the amount of food. You might burn some extra pounds, but you might as well do some damage to your body, limiting healthy fat, good carbs, fiber, vitamins and other much important ingredients your body needs to work properly. The best diet is balanced diet, with all the food you like. Just try to substitute those unhealthy with more healthier or their ingredients. Even if you jump from one diet to another, you should lose some weight, just don't have all-you-can-eat days between them and also pick different types of diets to get different and heterogeneous kind of food. In the end you will see which tipes of food makes you feel good and satisfied, and add them frequently on your menu list.
Next tip is touching another women's enemy - cellulite. Take five minutes for yourself before you fall asleep, and give your thighs a quick massage with some anti-cellulite cream. It won't burn the cellulite right away, but after some time, other people will start to notice your skin looks healthier, fresh and better tonused. Remember that cellulite's worst enemy is massage and thus better lymph circulation.
And before jump in shorts, use self-tanning cream. Darker skin looks more attractive and even cellulite is not seen that much.
Make yourself look like you have just came from vacation, fresh and rest and prepare yourself to get some praise and regards! Everybody will wonder how good you look and no one will even notice your extra pounds, that might be bothering only you.
